I’m a fitness trainer who lives in Ukraine and trains clients worldwide! With more than 20 years of experience in personal training, I know how to make fitness fun, effective, and achievable for people who struggle to find time for themselves.

HOW IT WORKS: Online Personal Training
1. How do we get started?
— Every journey begins with a free session where we get to know each other. This helps us ensure we’re comfortable working together.
2. How do we conduct the training sessions?
— Training sessions are conducted via video calls using platforms like WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, or FaceTime.
3. How do I prepare for a session?
— I will text you a day before the session to discuss the equipment needed and any other important details to ensure you’re fully prepared.
4. What equipment do I need?
— We can use bodyweight, small equipment, or gym equipment. If you don’t have any equipment, don’t worry—I’ve got you covered!
5. What happens if I'm late for a session?
— If you are more than 15 minutes late, the workout will be cancelled.
6. What if I want to continue after the first session?
— If you enjoy the initial workout, we can discuss different plans and the number of sessions that fit your schedule and goals. I’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
7. Is meal planning included?
— Yes, one of the advantages of working with me is that my price includes a custom meal plan designed to help you reach your goals faster.
8. How is the meal plan created?
— The meal plan is made according to your food preferences (no more dry chicken breast!) and the time you have available to cook.
9. Do you provide a shopping list?
— Yes, I generate a detailed weekly shopping list to take the guesswork out of your meal preparation.
10. What if I need to cancel a session?
— If you cancel less than 2 hours before the session, the training will be considered conducted.
11. Are there refunds?
— No refunds are available, but you can transfer your sessions to another person.
12. How are the workouts tailored to individual needs?
— I always ensure that each workout is personalized to fit your experience level and any health nuances. My workouts are custom-made, not cookie-cutter routines.
